The Alston Moor Business Association was formed to support local businesses and to improve the local economy of Alston Moor, Cumbria.
Alston Moor Business Association (AMBA) aims to act as a voice and forum for local businesses in any matter of common concern. It actively promotes Alston Moor to outside agencies or any other bodies who may bring in any assistance to local businesses.
The Association welcomes new members. Please contact us if you are interested in joining the AMBA. You are eligible for membership of the Association if you are:

in business on Alston Moor; and/or
-
in business and live on Alston Moor (Alston Moor being defined as within the postcode area of CA9); and/or
-
if you are a retired professional with an interest in the local business community; or
-
if you are self-employed, freelance, a commission agent, or a sole trader.
Cost of Membership:
Currently £12.00 per annum per business.
Social Activities:
AMBA hosts at least one annual event for its members. There is usually a Summer Gourmet BBQ and occasional “cheese and wine get togethers”.
